Workshop and Activities Calendar 2008*

Application Payment	Workshop reservations are only possible when an application and full payment are received. No comfirmation is sent. Personal checks can only be accepted in the U.S. ten days prior to a workshop. Otherwise a U.S. dollar money order/bank check (U.S.) or Euro bank check (Europe) made out to Stèphano Sabetti or cash is required.
Cancellation Refunds	Cancellation up to six weeks before the workshops: 60% refund, up to three weeks 20% refund, otherwise no refund is possible. Due to commitment this rule is applicable even in case of illness. Cancellation of individual sessions is only possible with forty-eight hours notice, otherwise full price will be charged. An Institute cancellation when necessary is fully refunded.
Receipts	Receipts are issued at the workshop site. Late requests will be charged a fee of $ 30 per receipt.
Costs	All given costs except where noted are for workshops only. Additional costs for lodging and board will be sent with workshop info sheet.
Lodging	Lodging during weekend workshops has to be arranged by the participants.
Workshop-Extras	Wear soft, natural clothing. Bring a towel and covering.
Workshop-Location	The Institute(s), info-station or project coordinator will send an info sheet with detailed information about one month before the workshop begins.
Workshop-Times	Usually five hours daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with lunch break from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. See info sheet for changes or additions.
